1. your personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 1 DSGVO (e.g. IP address, name, e-mail address and telephone number, payment information) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law and in compliance with the European Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO) The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data.
The processing of personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 2 DSGVO is lawful according to Art. 6 DSGVO if one of the following conditions is met:
a) the data subject has given his or her consent to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for one or more specific purposes;
b) the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to implement pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject;
(c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
(d) processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person;
(e) processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
(f) processing is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the controller or of a third party except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
3. the processing of special personal data (e.g. health data) within the meaning of Article 9 paragraph 1 of the DPA is lawful, in particular pursuant to Article 9 paragraph 2 of the DPA, if one of the following conditions is met:
– there is an explicit consent of the person;
– the processing is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or in the case of acts of the courts in the course of their judicial activity.
4. there is no automatic decision making or profiling with regard to personal data within the meaning of Art. 22 DPA.
5) The operator ensures the security of the data in accordance with Art. 32 DSGVO, taking into account the principle of proportionality, by means of appropriate technical measures.
6) If, contrary to expectations, a violation of data protection occurs, the competent supervisory authority is notified in accordance with Art. 33 DSGVO, and the person concerned is notified in accordance with Art. 34 DSGVO.

Duration of data storage

Registration for our e-mail newsletter
If you register for our e-mail newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. Your e-mail address is the only mandatory information for the sending of the newsletter. This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter if you have expressly confirmed to us that you agree to receive newsletters. By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent for the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. When you register for the newsletter, we save your IP address entered by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later date. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of advertising in the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending a message to the person responsible mentioned at the beginning. Once you have cancelled your subscription, your e-mail address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list immediately, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data for other purposes that are permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.
Newsletter dispatch via Sendy

Google Web Fonts
External fonts, Google Fonts, are used on these Internet pages. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. (“Google”). The integration of these Web Fonts is done by a server call, usually a Google server in the USA. This transfers to the server which of our web pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the end device of the visitor to these Internet pages is also stored by Google.

Cloudflare
On our website we use a so-called Content Delivery Network (“CDN”) of the technology service provider Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St. San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cloudflare”). A Content Delivery Network is an online service that is used to deliver large media files (such as graphics, page content or scripts) through a network of regionally distributed servers connected via the Internet. The use of the Content Delivery Network of Cloudflare helps us to optimize the loading speed of our website.
The processing takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision, as well as improvement of the stability and functionality of our website.
Cloudflare with its headquarters in the USA is certified for the us-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield”, which guarantees the compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

Personal data is collected when you contact us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Which data is collected in the case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. These data are stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, an additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Your data will be deleted after the final processing of your request. This is the case if it can be concluded from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
Data processing when opening a customer account and for contract processing
In accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide us with this information for the purpose of executing a contract or opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. A deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above-mentioned address of the person responsible. We store and use the data you provide us with for the purpose of processing the contract. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial law retention periods and deleted after these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or a legally permitted further use of data has been reserved by us.
Comment function
Within the framework of the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, information on the time of the creation of the comment and the commentor name you have chosen will be saved and published on this website. Furthermore, your IP address will be logged and saved. This storage of the IP address is done for security reasons and in case the person concerned violates the rights of third parties or posts illegal content by posting a comment. Data processing for order processing
In order to process your order, we work together with the following service provider(s), who support us in whole or in part in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data will be transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.
The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery within the framework of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. Your payment data will be passed on to the assigned credit institute within the scope of the payment processing, as far as this is necessary for the payment processing. Within the framework of the fulfilment of contracts, we use the payment service providers on the basis of Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. b. DSGVO. Otherwise, we use external payment service providers on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b. DSGVO to offer our users effective and secure payment options.
The data processed by the payment service providers includes inventory data, such as name and address, bank data, such as account or credit card numbers, passwords, TANs and checksums, as well as contract, sum and recipient-related data. These details are required to carry out the transactions. However, the data entered is only processed by the payment service providers and stored by them. This means that we do not receive any account or credit card-related information, but only information with confirmation or negative information about the payment. Under certain circumstances, the payment service providers may transmit the data to credit agencies. The purpose of this transmission is to check identity and creditworthiness. Use of Youtube videos
This website uses the Youtube embedding feature to display and play videos from the provider “Youtube”, which is part of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
The extended data protection mode is used here, which according to the provider’s information, only starts storing user information when the video(s) is played. If the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider “YouTube” uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. You have a right of objection to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube in order to exercise this right. Within the scope of using YouTube, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Regardless of any playback of the embedded videos, each time you visit this website a connection to the Google network is established, which may trigger further data processing operations without our influence.

This website uses SMS SIA, Tirgonu iela, 6, Riga, Latvia, LV1050, (www.tawk.to) technologies to collect and store anonymous data for the purpose of web analysis and to operate the live chat system used to answer live support requests. From this anonymous data, user profiles can be created under a pseudonym. Cookies can be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the visitor’s Internet browser. The cookies enable the recognition of the Internet browser. If the information collected in this way contains a personal reference, processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our justified interest in effective customer service and the statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation purposes.
The data collected with tawk.to technologies will not be used to personally identify the visitor of this website and will not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without the separately granted consent of the person concerned. In order to avoid the storage of tawk.to cookies, you can set your Internet browser so that no more cookies can be stored on your computer in the future or that already stored cookies are deleted. Security of your data / SSL encryption

- Right to information in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO: You have in particular the right to information about your personal data processed by us, the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period or the criteria for determining the storage period, the existence of a right of rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, opposition to processing, complaint to a supervisory authority, the origin of your data if it has not been collected from you by us, the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information on the logic involved and the scope and intended effects of such processing on you, as well as your right to be informed of the guarantees that apply pursuant to Art. 46 DPA when your data is transferred to third countries;
- Right of rectification in accordance with Art. 16 DPA: You have the right to rectify any inaccurate data concerning you and/or to complete any incomplete data held by us without delay;
- Right to deletion in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if the conditions of Art. 17 para. 1 DSGVO are met. However, this right does not exist in particular if the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- Right to restrict processing in accordance with Art. 18 DPA: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data for as long as the accuracy of your data, which you dispute, is checked; if you refuse to delete your data on the grounds of unlawful processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data; if you need your data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, after we no longer need them after the purpose has been achieved; or if you have lodged an objection on the grounds of your particular situation, as long as it is not yet clear whether our legitimate reasons outweigh the objection;
- Right to be informed in accordance with Art. 19 DSGVO: If you have asserted the right of rectification, erasure or restriction of processing vis-à-vis the controller, the controller is obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of this rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed of these recipients.
- Right to data transferability in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO: You have the right to have your personal data transferred to a third party.
- Right to data transferability in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO: You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another responsible party, insofar as this is technically feasible;
- Right to revoke consents granted pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO: You have the right to revoke at any time with effect for the future any consent to the processing of data once granted. In the event of revocation, we will delete the data concerned immediately, unless further processing cannot be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. Revocation of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation;
- Right of appeal under Art. 77 DSGVO: If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is in breach of the DPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which you are resident, in which you work or in which the alleged breach occurred, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN THE CONTEXT OF A BALANCING OF INTERESTS DUE TO OUR PREDOMINANT LEGITIMATE INTEREST, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING AT ANY TIME FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR SPECIAL SITUATION, WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED. HOWEVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO FURTHER PROCESSING IF WE CAN PROVE THAT THERE ARE COMPELLING REASONS FOR PROCESSING WORTHY OF PROTECTION WHICH OUTWEIGH YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES TO ASSERT, EXERCISE OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS.
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED BY US FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING. YOU CAN EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

Duration of storage of personal data
The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and – if relevant – additionally by the respective legal retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law).
When personal data is processed on the basis of express consent pursuant to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 letter a DSGVO, this data is stored until the person concerned revokes his or her consent.
If there are legal retention periods for data which are processed within the framework of legal or similar obligations on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, these data are routinely deleted after expiry of the retention periods, provided that they are no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of the contract and/or we have no justified interest in further storage.
When personal data are processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f DSGVO, these data are stored until the person concerned exercises his or her right to object in accordance with Art. 21 Para. 1 DSGVO, unless we can prove compelling reasons for processing worthy of protection which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
In the case of processing of personal data for the purpose of direct advertising on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, these data are stored until the data subject exercises his or her right to object in accordance with Art. 21 para. 2 DSGVO.
Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this declaration on specific processing situations, stored personal data will be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
